Help with Nook setup

Hi, y'all!

So, my book has been on Kindle since the end of January. Outskirts press had a deal on some Amazon features that I purchased which included this setup.

What I'm trying to find now, is a way to get my book on Nook. There is a whole market out there that I'm missing out on.

If anyone has information on how to get this setup, please let me know.
