Hoping I'm wrong about Green Lantern

Based on the initial trailer for the upcoming Green Lantern trailer, I was sadly sure it would bomb. It seemed campy and the characters were telling each other stuff they should've already known. Yah, it was a big sigh moment.

Buuuuuuuuuut, some new footage came out at WonderCon, and I must say, now, I'm sort of excited. I've never been a regular Lantern reader, yet the few times I've slipped into that universe I enjoyed it. It's a pure crossbreeding of science fiction and super hero fun. It never had the same emotional punch as Batman, but it was always fun. And it would seem, as evidenced by the new footage, the WB may (big may) have nailed it:
