My contemporary mainstream novel winged its way back to my agent yesterday morning, after another 5.30am start.
I love revisions, how they tighten a book.
I don't love finding that even on the final read through, there are always more things to tighten!
This week has been unusual. I usually work really hard on revisions anyway, but never waking at 5.30 and working until midnight. But that's what I had to to do to get this back in the time frame requested so I did what I had to.
