Petition Amazon to stop letting people return ebooks after 15% read!

If one purchases a physical book in a bookstore one can not return it unless there is someting physically wrong with it (E.G. pages bound up-side-down or text missing). However one can, with Amazon return a book when 15 percent read. This seems wholly wrong particularly given that one can sample Kindle titles prior to purchasing them. Kevin
