Standalone Or Story-Arc?


Which do you prefer?


I'm taking a straw poll, because although the Bryant & May novels are standalone they also have a story arc for regular readers. Angie I'm a serial series reader and I'm also pedantic about reading in order so I've never had a particular problem with arcs. I love Bryant and May and I'm slowing down on reading them so I don't run out. It's just not fair to tell you to write faster. Thank you.

Cori North I, too, enjoy reading "in order" so that characters Really develop. And if i miss one of series, i will go back and read it anyway, enjoying that extra bit of history acquired.
