How much should an ebook cost

The price of an ebook is all over the place, some people want 99 cents, other places charge 14 dollars. I am sure there is a happy medium here. One well written argument of why books can not be like A song off itunes is here (It is very good, do read it!!!!): One Art, please. I have 99 cents.
