Weekend Captive back on Amazon

For the last few weeks *Weekend Captive* was removed from Amazon. Not just for the reformatting, heck – I had that taken care of within a day. But rather because the book only came up by direct link and wasn't anywhere in their database to be found (by searching ASIN, title or author). Not to mention it was removed from my Author Central page.
