“Some days the skies are clear, and the wind is nonexistent.

The surface is easier to grasp, and the peak doesn’t seem so distant.

But other days, dark clouds form, and the winds are far too powerful.

My feet are slipping with each step, and I am becoming doubtful.

The rugged slopes are becoming too difficult to climb.

I feel my heart beat faster as if I’m running out of time.

Some people choose to travel on paths and roads they once knew.

But I chose to climb this mountain to find my way to you.

It may seem absurd why I would choose such a difficult way to your light.

But if I didn’t put in so much effort, it wouldn’t feel right.

For your love, I am willing to struggle and even fall.

As long as I know you’ll be with me through it all.”
