Signing THE MEMORY JAR

These shoes are my favorite part of signing books — they fit perfectly and gave me just the right amount of confidence to smile and make small talk with all the people who showed up to celebrate the launch of my third novel, THE MEMORY JAR.

Friends, family, co-workers, students…so many people stopped by to offer a smile, get a doodle on their book, and hear about my girl Taylor and her difficult decisions.

My husband finished reading the book this evening, and he turned to me all choked up and happy, and it’s all worth it, all these hours sitting here tapping away at the keyboard, lost in my own head.
