How a Vicious Review Opened My Eyes

This is one of my favorite photos from the RT Booklovers Convention in Las Vegas last week. Darynda Jones and I were on a panel and I think we were laughing here about people dissing fantasy heroines as unrealistic while loving Conan.

Hard to say, but it makes me smile every time.

I’m over at Word Whores today (name soon to change!) talking about reviews, especially vicious ones

Melissa Reads I tried and I tried but the word-whores blog would not let me post my comment :) Something was lost in translation with wordpress, it does not play well with others. So I am trying this instead. I did like your post on vicious reviews. I thought it was good. A positive review always feels good but a negative review if done well can make you think and possibly even influence. Also, here are my ideas for the blog renaming:
*fav* Bordello of Fiction
The Word Jezebels
Harlots of Fiction

Jeffe Kennedy I'm glad you found a way to post here! I don't know why Blogger was being weird. Good on you for perseverance - your suggestions are great! Thanks!! :-)
