When I first started writing Isaiah, I had a Korean singer in mind, but I realized I needed someone closer to home. I thought I would have a hard time looking for someone who had the perfect blend of baby face + polite abs, but a quick Google search got me this guy. Look at him. Wouldn’t you want to get stuck in a heat wave with him? You’d let him do things to you. You would do things to him too.
Champ Lui-Pio is Ryan Vizcarra
Ryan has Champ’s face and Ebe Dancel’s voice and music. (Interrobang?! sounds a lot like Sugarfree in my head.) Champ definitely has the capacity for shy and awkward offstage and full on rockstar mode onstage. How can you not love Ryan?

Of course I had to include Nico in this list. He’s the guy I love to hate. Look at that face. Don’t you just want to slap/punch/kick/maim him? Don’t be fooled by that sweet exterior. Six de los Reyes has been reading and making up stories for as far as she can remember. In fifth grade, she learned to wield dragons and phoenixes through written word.
