By "OZ" were you perhaps referring to your native land "down under", Australia? If so, it is surprising that "Kindle" unavailable since Amazon is a popular vendor there.
Thank you for once again viewing the blog and taking the time to comment. As always, your input is welcome and appreciated.

I've done this with books and even got a paperback out of the UK for very little cost (shipped from the UK). You may have to download their version of the Kindle app to your computer.
Jim - for promo, not bad and its not like you do this all the time. FYI - your book is fantastic and everyone should read it. It is everything you say it is and more. Your book has that staying power. that keeps the reader thinking about the story long after they finished the book.

Christine,
Thank you for the generous compliment and opinion of the book. Coming from a professional writer and published author such as yourself, they mean a lot. I saw the reviews for Levels which you posted on both Goodreads and Amazon. Thank you for taking the time to do so.
The most recent sales report, covering a period from Sept. 9, 2011 through March 31, 2016, revealed that, after 4 1/2 years, Levels has finally surpassed the 1,000 unit sales mark. (1,002 units: 479 paperbacks, 459 e-books, 36 audio books on CD and 28 audio book downloads). Total royalties to-date amount to only $2,306.67, so I am very glad that I do not depend upon my writing to earn a living. Since this was the first and will be the last time I venture into the writing profession, I am totally satisfied with the result.
Thank you for remaining a loyal and active follower of the blog.

I am curios about the concept of this world: how it has come to exist? Who rules it (there's always someone ruling, isn't it)? Why people have no idea of what mother, father, son, daughter mean?Next book I'll read it'll be yours Jim!
Congratulation on publishing it. Read the comment of another author, I'm just excited at the prospect to tuck my mind into your plot and discover what it unravels.

Jade,
Allow me to repeat the statement included in the original blog post. I hope that you enjoy reading about the world of Levels as much as I enjoyed creating it.
You taking the time to read the blog and post a comment is very much appreciated.
