To Rant or Not To Rant?

That is the question. I want so desperately to rant about something. I feel as though it would be cathartic to vent my feelings in a public manner. To shout to the world why I'm upset and what I wish I could do about it. But, is that truly the best thing? Will it actually help in any way?

Thanks for listening, however briefly. Feel free to chime in your opinion on the matter.
