Speaking of Mary! My story Moving on/Making do just hit 10K today! I’ve been watching it creep slooowly toward this milestone for weeks now and I’m so pleased! This was the first of the three times I’ve written Mary POV now. I’d never before written from the perspective of a character that I loathe and it was an interesting exercise! I worried that I’d made her too sympathetic and that people would like, but happily, they didn’t. Lol. The story is half Mary’s perspective (Moving on) and half John’s (Making do). It’s one of my less-read fix-its, but I’ve always been fond of it. Thanks for having given it love, folks! :)))))
