Why is it important that people below 18 years cannot view sexual content ? In most people, the sexual awakening happens between the ages of 13 and 20. Is it wrong for young people to look at sex-blogs, and why? I am very curious :O

LEGALLY minors are not supposed to be viewing porn. on most sites u have to confirm ur 18 before u can even enter it. so that way if YOU lie, the site/mods dont get in trouble for supplying porn to minors. its not as much a moral problem, more of a LEGAL problem.

and then when they go as far as to interact w/ smut blogs/RPers it’s putting the adult at risk bc theyre (hopefully unknowingly) supplying porn directly to minors.

i remember a person who got ‘called out’ as a pedophile bc they had talked to a minor on a nsfw forum, but to get on the forum in the first place, you HAVE to confirm ur 18+. so basically they chatted abt sex stuff w/ a minor, then the minor made a call out abt them when they had lead the person to believe they were a consenting adult.

again, if its an irl friend its not a big deal, or at least it shouldnt be. u dont suddenly become an adult at 18. i’ve had plenty of sex-chats w/ irl friends who are 16/17. but thats under the context of us being friends, not two strangers across the web talking only abt sex. which is what all my anons are. strangers talking to me abt sex.

as i said earlier, if ur a minor limit urself to interacting w/ ppl ur own age. dont interact w/ strangers who run a porn/RP blog. there are sites made specifically for teens to talk to each other abt their bodies and sex.

and like, morally? its not that i think young ppl viewing porn is wrong necessarily? like, it makes me uncomfortable that minors look at my porn, but i know there’s nothing i can do about it. i was a minor looking at porn and lying abt my age at one point.

however, i CAN (mostly) control who follows me and who interacts with me. and for legal and moral reasons, i DONT want minors following/interacting with me or other sex-centric blogs
