I dare you to write a story taking place underground

Be creative! Is the location created by the characters or is it something found, abandoned, and then invaded? What resides underground? A black market? A home for runaways? Or an entire hidden society? How do those who stay underground evade detection by authority or by those they consider enemies? Consider the logistics of a life without sun, sky, grass, and trees.
