I love chicken salad it's one of my favorite spring and summer go to meals. Recently I found a recipe that is light and delicious. As the Spring Showers roll in I'll be eating lots of this recipe.

Total: 12 mins Ingredients:4 cups diced cooked chicken1 cup chopped celery1 cup plain low-fat Greek yogurt1 cup seedless grapes, halved1 small shallot, peeled and finely-diced1/2 cup toasted walnuts1/3 cup dried cranberries or cherries1 teaspoon worchestershire sauce1/2 teaspoon freshly-cracked black pepper1/4 teaspoon Kosher saltDirections:Add all ingredients to a large bowl, and toss until combined and evenly-coated.Serve immediately, or refrigerate in a sealed container for up to 3 days.
