Concussed But Happy (?)

So back in December I was involved in a small car accident.

Thankfully, nobody was hurt. Well, except for my brain. See, about 4 years ago I suffered a “moderately severe” concussion that lasted for about a year. Although I fully recovered from it, it is super easy now to get another concussion – which is exactly what happened in December.

December’s concussion lasted about 2 and a half months, extending into the second semester of school which ruined my grades beyond belief (I was a 4.0 student before the accident!). Now that I’m fully recovered, I have to do a lot of catching up.

Fortunately, I found that I’ve forgotten some of the books I’ve read before. Even though this sounds like a horrible curse to most, it’s actually a blessing for me. I know I love these books because on Goodreads I’ve rated these books 5 stars, I just don’t know the story.

So my days are spent studying and reading – quite nice if I do say so myself.
