Exactly: the overdose was an invention. As I often say, I meta through fic, so - if you want my thoughts on the “overdose”, it’s all in my latest story. Sherlock wasn’t exhibiting any signs of an overdose, and certainly not of a list like the one he wrote. He was barely even exhibiting signs of being high, though I would concede to the possibility.
