Hi everybody! I have good news and bad news, and then good news again. Here’s the good news: we made it to the end of Interlude 3. That means Cucumber Quest is…almost halfway over?! Wow! Thanks for reading this far.

Okay, here’s the bad news: Cucumber Quest is officially on break, and updates will resume in May. I know, that’s a pretty long wait. CQ has updated consistently for almost five years now, and this point in the story feels like the right place to take a breather and recharge my batteries for a bit. Think of this as a midterm break. When school is back in session, it will be more powerful than ever before. I’m talking bodybuilding teachers. I’m talking, literally the Nightmare Knight in an argyle sweater vest calling Sir Tomato’s parents

Hey, there’s more good news: the hiatus won’t just be dead air! A few of my extremely kind and extraordinarily talented friends are contributing guest strips to fill the void, and I think you will like them very much. Stay tuned!
