I love to read just about anywhere. Since I eat out often alone, I favor reading during my meal. It has helped me learn to eat slower, savor my food and enjoy it. For over 40 years I worked as a RN, often getting 30 minutes or less for meal breaks, rushing to eat, barely having time to chew, let alone digest. Reading has helped me improve my diet and health!!! I always have a book handy, in some form, wherever I go, so it is at the ready whenever I find myself with a few minutes to gobble up the next chapter! Bella's books are a great dietary supplement!!!
