Eeee!!! Deductions of a Lesser Mind, aka my first and also the fandom’s first post-HLV fix-it fic, just reached 20,000 hits today!!! 

When I watched HLV the first time, I feel absolutely numb. I watched it on a livestream that actually functioned throughout. When it was finished, I came to tumblr to see what people were saying, but I only lasted a few minutes because it occurred to me that I just needed to process the whole thing on my own. So then I went and watched it again, and when it was finished, I started writing this story. I started it on January 18th, the day this episode aired, and posted it two days later on January 20th. It’s far from being perfect and doesn’t take into account things that I or we collectively realised later on once the whole meta machine had started churning out theories and whatnot. It’s not my definitive, final thoughts on where I feel the writers should go or anything like that. It’s one possibility among so many, but it was the first one that I wrote, and will therefore always have a very special place in my heart - particularly the safehouse scene. :)

This story is my tenth of 58 to have reached the 20,000 hit milestone. Thank you all for having read it so many times and given it love! It means so much to me!
