I fell off the wagon of doing these lists last week while I was on the road and there were so many good things to mention, but one good thing that keeps sticking out for me that I really want to share was that peanut butter milkshake I got at a country store (a real one where guys were watching NASCAR, not a pretentiously named "country store" in some fancy burg someplace) in New Prospect, North Carolina. I drove off the highway in pursuit of the town of that fine name, and stumbled upon this gem of a frosty delight, which was so delicious it deterred me from my pursuit. Or maybe that *was New Prospect!
