Polarity of Perception

Reality—It is, what it is –You can’t change it in this moment.   What you can change however, experience and you do this by choosing your perception.   We have all heard the expressions, “see the glass half full instead of half empty” or  “When the world gives you lemons, make lemonade.”  What those expressions are suggesting is that in any given situation, we have a choice as to how we see it.   Lets take this one step further and apply our metaphysical knowledge to the mix.  The trendy new age
