Shades of Night - AVAILABLE NOW
I am happy to announce that
SHADES OF NIGHT
is now available for purchase in the Kindle store. It took longer than I expected to get it out there, but voila!
Expect it out in print in a couple of weeks, too; I’ll make another announcement to let those interested know about that as well. Also, keep your eyes peeled—I’m going to be offering a free giveaway of the print version after I’ve vetted the formatting and made any necessary corrections.
Thank you all for reading!

New Book Coming Soon
Like it says on the tin: I will have a new book out soon. It should be available by the end of this month if all goes smoothly and thus far, it is going smoothly. If there are any major bumps in the road, you can expect it out no later than early January 2016.
I’m really excited about this one as it deals with a spooky subject set in a creepy little town of my own devising and features one of my favorite things in the whole wide world. (If I tell you it’ll be a spoiler, so you’ll have to wait on that part.)
Now, without further ado, I humbly offer you a peek at the title and the blurb to hopefully pique your interest:
Shades of Night
IN SPARROW FALLS, LOUISIANA SOMETHING WEIRD IS ALWAYS GOING ON.
In Sparrow Falls, things are never normal and they are seldom peaceful for long. It is a hub of murder and mayhem, ghostly apparitions and just plain weird people.
Nick Lange left his hometown behind twelve years ago, dreams of making it big somewhere else looming bright in his mind. What he got instead was a drug habit that led to a long prison sentence for a crime he did indeed commit. Newly released and with nowhere to go, Nick heads home to Sparrow Falls, land of the freakish and the bizarre, with hopes of rebuilding his life in the town he tried to leave behind.
Nick’s quiet new life is soon interrupted when he learns about the newest happenings in town. Since August, things have gotten extra peculiar and not long after Nick’s arrival back in town the murders start. Brutal, senseless killings that leave the victims mauled beyond recognition... and partially eaten. The townspeople whisper that it’s something that hides under the bed or lurks in the closet, waiting and hungry.
Nick, ever the skeptic, says it’s only a man and that’s bad enough because whoever—or whatever—it is, they’ve got Nick in their sights. Nick’s never been one to back down from a fight and that’s a good thing because as the dark gets deeper, it becomes a vicious game of live or die. One that Nick isn’t sure he can survive.
TICK. TICK.
