Sweet! DANGEROUS SEDUCTION gets a starred review in Publisher's Weekly!

"Archer’s second Nemesis, Unlimited romance (after Sweet Revenge) is an innovative tale set in a downtrodden 1886 Cornish village. When Nemesis’s gentleman founder, Simon Addison-Shawe, goes undercover to investigate the brutal working conditions of a Cornish mine, the last thing he expects is to find himself attracted to a female mine worker. Alyce Carr is one of the few willing to speak out against the atrocious treatment of workers at the site, and when handsome newcomer Simon seeks her out, she’s both thrilled and wary. Simon reveals his true identity in order to enlist Alyce’s assistance against the corrupt mining company; Alyce feels betrayed, but she agrees to pose as Simon’s wife to further his scheme for justice. Soon they embark on what she knows must be a temporary affair, even as her heart demands more from the mission-focused Simon. Though Alyce’s life circumstances are harsh, she’s no victim. Memorable characters, unusual settings, and new twists on old plot tropes make this novel irresistible." (Dec.)

Awesome! Sweet Revenge gets a starred review from Publishers Weekly!

"Prolific author Archer (the Hellraisers series) opens the Nemesis, Unlimited series, set in the grimy underbelly of 1886 London, with unforgettable characters whose connection sizzles. Escaped convict Jack Dalton plans to avenge his sister’s murder by hinting down her nobleman killer, Lord Rockley. When Jack reaches his target’s hiding place, he’s held up by Eva Warrick and the other members of the vigilante justice organization Nemesis, Unlimited, who want Jack to assist them in their own plans for Rockley. Jack reluctantly accepts their proposal, intending the alliance to be temporary; raised on London’s mean streets and embittered by prison, he doesn’t trust Nemesis’s do-gooding claims. More persuasive are Eva’s fierce intelligence, cool competence, and empathetic understanding, which compel Jack to undermine her civilian governess guise with dangerous passion. This bold mix of an unlikely romance, a gritty setting, and a page-turning thriller will leave readers craving more."Zoe Archer Sweet Revenge: A Nemesis Unlimited Novel

SINNER'S HEART Receives Four Stars From RT Book Reviews

"This is the third and final book in Archer’s Hellraisers series, but readers will have no problem jumping right in. Sinner’s Heart is a slow burn of a love story, but when the passion ignites, there is no putting out the flames. With all the human flaws of greed, lust and other sins, the devil has plenty to play with. The series is an interesting allegory about temptation and its consequences. If this is your first encounter with the Hellraisers, you will definitely want to go back and meet the others. Sexy, stylish, intelligent fiction at its best."

LADY X'S COWBOY now in digital format!

The rights to my debut romance, LADY X'S COWBOY, have reverted back to me, so now I'm digitally self publishing it on a multitude of different platforms—including Kindle, Nook, Kobo, Apple iBooks, and a pdf version on All Romance Ebooks.

LADY X'S COWBOY won the Book Buyers Best Award for Best Historical romance, plus the notoriously stringent Mrs. Giggles gave it a 95! And it's priced at only $3.99.

Here's the new blurb:

Constrained by her life as a Society widow, Lady Olivia Xavier finds escape in two unusual ways: as the owner of a successful brewery, and as a secret reader of penny dreadful Western novels. But Olivia’s beloved brewery is being threatened, and she has no ally in her fight. Until a mysterious cowboy steps out from the London fog, saving her from a terrifying brawl. Suddenly, Olivia isn’t just reading about the Wild West, she’s living it.

Colorado cowboy Will Coffin has made the long journey from his Rocky Mountain home to discover his birthright. While searching for his family, he encounters the beguiling Olivia. Will’s never met a real English lady before—certainly not one as lovely and courageous as Olivia—and he can’t resist coming to her rescue.

Olivia is powerfully drawn to the rough but honorable cowboy. She proposes a most scandalous arrangement: in exchange for helping protect her brewery, she’ll help Will find his family. Even more scandalous is that he’ll be sleeping under her roof. The entire arrangement sets Society’s tongues wagging. Meanwhile, the danger to the brewery, and Olivia herself, keeps escalating. But nothing’s as dangerous, or seductive, as the growing desire between the lady and the cowboy…

Lady X's Cowboy was originally published by Dorchester in 2006 and is newly revised by the author.

4 Stars from RT Book Reviews for DEMON'S BRIDE

DEMON'S BRIDE
by Zoe Archer

Genre: Historical Romance, Paranormal
Sensuality: HOT
Setting: 1763 England

RT Rating
Archer returns for the second installment of The Hellraisers series, featuring a group of men who have sold their souls to the devil for various powers. Leo Bailey is a highly intriguing hero, and Archer’s skill at building layered characterization grounds the story and adds to the peril facing her protagonist.

Born a commoner, Leo Bailey has been determined to rise in wealth and power and seek vengeance on those who considered themselves superior to him. Through a bargain with the devil, Leo has the gift of foresight, which has made him rich. Now he just needs a blue-blooded bride to gain access to the ton. Anne Hartfield is the daughter of an impoverished baron, and she knows Leo is her best shot at marriage. Neither of them expects the intense attraction between them, both physical and mental. Just when Anne starts to realize she is falling in love with her husband, she is approached by Lord Whitney, a former member of the Hellraisers with a devastating warning: Leo’s soul is doomed unless Anne can find a way to save him! (ZEBRA, May, 368 pp., $6.99)

DEVIL'S KISS gets 4 1/2 Stars and Top Pick from Romantic Times!

DEVIL'S KISS
by Zoë Archer

Genre: Historical Romance, Paranormal, England
Sensuality: HOT
Setting: 1762 England

RT Rating: 4 1/2 Stars TOP PICK!

The Hellraisers, a band of rakes and rogues who trade their souls in their search for pleasure make their debut in Archer’s new series. Her heroes are bad, dangerous and seductive, her heroines are their match in every way; and her stories are powerful and dark. Feminist, emotional and absolutely a “keeper.”

***

Hellraiser James Shelbourne, Earl of Whitney, is fearless in his pursuit of gambling pleasures. One night in a Romany encampment he meets the fascinating Zora Grey, a talented cardsharp. Zora teaches him what it means to lose, but she is unable to prevent the Hellraisers from making a deal with the devil — each will surrender his soul to gain his heart’s desire. REBEL receives RITA nomination!

I'm thrilled to announce that REBEL, Book 3 of the Blades of the Rose series, has received a RITA Award nomination for Best Paranormal Romance! Woo!

Winners will be announced at the RITA/Golden Heart Award Ceremony at the RWA National Conference in June. But really, as the old chestnut goes, it's an honor to be nominated, especially because there are some terrific writers in my category.

Now, to resume happy dancing and Kermit flailing.
