How to be a good clairvoyant.

How to be a good clairvoyant.

Did you know you are naturally clairvoyant? There’s a lot of confusion out there about the term ‘Clairvoyant’. It literally translates into ‘Clear seeing’. However, so many people shy away from developing their clairvoyant skills because we primarily associate being a clairvoyant with being a medium. But really, being clairvoyant is the ability to see things or pick up messages, symbols or energy via your Third Eye or Brow chakra or our connection to the one consciousness. We are all intricately linked and have more ability to sense what is really going on around us than we are probably using. Many of us also have clairaudience (the ability to hear verbal messages from our guides) or clairsentience – the ability to sense energy, moods and feelings that people and places put out, but we may still either not think of ourselves as clairvoyant or else shy away from exploring our fabulous innate ability.

There’s no doubt some people are naturally brilliant clairvoyants. However, I believe clairvoyance is like any other psychic skill – to be a really good clairvoyant and get better and better we can increase our clairvoyant abilities by practice! I also believe in dissolving the mystery that surrounds so many psychic skills so here are my top tips for developing your particular brand of clairvoyance in an easy peasy way. Try them all – but you may find one works better for you than the others. It’s all about trying and seeing what works and turns you skills on.

1: Practice seeing auras. Clairvoyants can usually see auras and these give them an amazing amount of information about the subject and what is going on in their lives. The trick here is to begin with something static. All living things have an aura – that includes plants. If you have a houseplant this could be a good place to start. If not, go outdoors to a park where there are planets and trees.

Plants also don’t move around which is another reason they are good to begin your aura-seeing practice with. Sit quiet and centre yourself. Focus first on the plant – and then on the space behind it so you can still see the plant itself but it moves into soft focus. Don’t stare or remain fixed on any spot. The object of this exercise is to let everything slide into soft focus. After a while you may begin to see what appears to be a denser yet still transparent line of energy surrounding the plant.

This is the aura beginning to emerge. It may take a while for the full aura to appear but if you can see a ‘line’ enclosing the plant, you are off to an excellent start! As you practice more, colours will eventually begin to emerge and you will also be able to do this with animals and people who are moving around. You can also purchase aura goggles on line which many people have had great success with. But no matter which method you choose the secret is in the soft-focus and practice, practice, practice!

2: Open Up Your Third Eye. Sit comfortably and make sure you won’t be disturbed. Close your eyes and relax. Imagine you have a third eye right between your eyebrows. Imagine this eye slowly opening up. What colour is this eye? Practice this because it tells the universe you are ready to open up your third eye and begin to receive messages via it. Again, don’t push things or expect instant results – although this may surprise you! Keep practicing and you will soon see your abilities expand.

3: Tap into crystal power! Lapis lazuli or clear quartz are associated with clairvoyant skills. Place a small one on your third eye when you meditate (obviously in a reclining position!) to boost your abilities. With crystals however, it can all boil down to the one that ‘calls’ to you. Visit a new age or crystal shop and be open to whatever type of crystal that seems to just draw you to it. No matter what it is – this is the right one for you! The most powerful one I have found is flourite but use with caution as it can be extreme!

There’s no big mystery around developing  clairvoyant skills. Just as we practice with the Tarot we can practice opening up our third eye and enjoying the extra-insight this gives us. The key is being open-minded, third eye wide open and yes – practice, practice, practice!

Being a clairvoyant is your natural right. The media may depict clairvoyant’s as kooky but we all the the ability to be ‘clear sighted’ so pump up those clairvoyant muscles and pay attention to the messages that are already within you!

Having problems letting go? Watch this!

Having problems letting go? Watch this!

Letting go is something we all struggle with at times. Clinging onto that pesky ex, hanging around with friends that no longer serve us. Resisting changing jobs even when we know it is time. Unconsciously repeating the same patterns over and over with the illusion that it is comforting even though it may be destructive.

The irony is that when we let go things undoubtably change for the better. It is resistance to change that stops us growing. Our psychic intuition is a tool we all have, ok some souls may not be as aware of the their psychic ability but we all have a sixth sense which can guide us if we take the time to listen. We have a powerful soul compass that KNOWS when it is time to move on.

In this video Michele connects with the redwood trees which are sacred to the Native Americans. Nature can be said to be the original google! If we tune in and listen to ourselves, pay attention to what nature is trying to tell us and have the courage to let go when it is time, it is then that we can learn to fly, evolve, and be free.

Your Weekly Astro Tarot Forecast April 4

Your Weekly Astro Tarot Forecast April 4

Aries – Four of Pentacles: Holding on to anything stops the flow and also says to the universe you come from a place of not having enough. It doesn’t matter if it’s love, talent, money or other resources. Yes, of course you need to assign all of these wisely. But there’s a big difference between wasting what you have and not feeling that you have enough to go around.

Taurus – Six of Swords: Travel could beckon for some of you while others may feel that you are putting some distance between you and any problems you’ve been experiencing at last. No matter in what area, smooth sailing lies ahead. You could be dealing with people from overseas or news of an impending visit from someone who lives far away could reach you.

Gemini – Ace of Pentacles: Finances take an upswing for you with a new job offer, pay increase, bonus or payout on its way. If money has been delayed you should now hear it is arriving at last. There’s an improvement in your circumstances with more to be made if you leverage any extra now. Think of this as seed money for your future.

Cancer – Seven of Wands: If problems seem to be coming at you from all sides you need to tackle one at a time rather than feeling overwhelmed. If you do this you will find you are soon back on top of things again. However, if you need help don’t be afraid to ask for it. There’s a real risk of you getting depleted if you try to handle too much on your own.

Leo – Four of Wands: Some of you could be looking at moving to a new house or else putting down roots somewhere fresh. There’s a feeling of having made the right choice and if moving is on your mind, why not explore this? Others could see a business or creative project suddenly take off and prove to be worth your investment in your future.

Virgo – Seven of Cups: You could be faced with so many options that for once you are hesitant to make a choice. Cut through any confusion by devoting time to weighing up the pros and cons of each one – especially as list making is one of your strengths. Alliteratively, what you seek is right under your nose but you literally can’t see the wood for the trees. Again, weigh up the choices as the obvious one may just be escaping you.

Libra – Queen of Cups: If you have a problem you also have the perfect friend close by who is ready to listen. Even if she can’t do anything practical to help you at least know you can rely on her wisdom. You showcase your creative or more feminine side this week and dress and look the part to. Make yourself your own work of art now.

Scorpio – Knight of Wands: Whatever you are planning to do, this Knight is telling you to get on with it now. Others could attract the attention of a potential lover who is younger than they are. Don’t dismiss them because of their age as once you get to know them better you’ll discover a deep, inner wisdom and spiritual awareness.

Sagittarius – The Empress: You experience an over-flowing of creativity, connectedness and feelings of abundance. If you have been thinking about an escape to the country, this card gives you the green light and if you do move, you could discover rewards you had not known existed. You are about to enter a new period of emotional satisfaction. Nurture your surroundings – and your creations.

Capricorn – The Devil: Funny as this card is often linked to a Capricorn person. Before you start feeling guilty or wonder if you have triple 6 somewhere on your scalp, I would hasten to say that usually this card means you may be imprisoned by something or someone of your own creation. An example of this is your possessions owning you such as the person who buys an expensive car but doesn’t drive it due to fear of it being damaged. What are you chained to? Release it and set yourself free.

Aquarius – Eight of Wands: A sudden declaration of love or a romantic spark quickly flares into something more. Travel or new friends can be made now – perhaps while travelling! If you are involved in business dealings, interviews, presentations or pitches you won’t have long to wait for the answer – and the answer should be positive now.

Pisces – Strength: Time to be assertive if that is what is called for. This is the card of belief in your own strength rather than actual physical force. If your confidence has been lacking in a key area or even in general, it now returns as you become your own best defender. You don’t need anyone to rescue you now. Be your own best champion.

Take care of your psychic well being

Take care of your psychic well being

Most of us are pretty clued in about what to do when it comes to taking care of our bodies.  We know about how important it is to exercise and eat the right things, but what about taking care of our psychic well being?  Again, there’s a wealth of information flying around about what’s good for us, but we all have to juggle loads of things these days so what are the absolute basics that will keep us in good psychic shape?

Here are a few tips for taking care of your psychic well being.

1/Meditate.  Meditation is proven to literally rewire our brain and that can help us with the ups and downs of daily life.  Along with that, setting aside time to go still and quiet every day keeps us in touch with our psychic intuition and helps us maintain our levels of psychic energy.

2/Forgive.  Very few of us get through life without getting hurt and even when we might not mean to, we can hurt others.  Forgiving ourselves and others helps us shed psychic pounds and cleanses the wounds of the past, leaving us free to deal with the present and create a fabulous future.

3/Take a bath.  Good old Epsom salts are great for cleansing our psychic auras or chuck in a handful of sea salt or even humble table salt if you don’t have any in the house.  Or you can go Goddess or God and turn your bath into a fabulous ritual with candles and sumptuous oils.  Sink in, let your cares and worries float away and then watch them drain as the bath empties.  It’s simple and never fails to leave you feeling spiritually scrubbed.  Frankly, the bath is my personal go to place.

4/Get out in nature.  Keeping in close contact with the turning of the seasons grounds us and connects us with the primal energies of the universe.  Historically we’ve spent a lot longer keeping pace with the wheel of the year than we have in offices or urban areas and when we can get outside and feast our eyes on the sky and other aspects of nature’s bounty, we feed our soul. Walking in nature has been scientifically proven to aid depression and also stimulates creativity and positivity.

5/Be authentic.  You are a gorgeous and unique soul and your job is to be you.  No one can take your place and there’s no need to squish yourself through anyone else’s cookie-cutter idea of what you should be.  Be true to your heart and soul and do it with love, compassion and gentleness and you will be astounded at how life unfolds.

6/ Protect yourself. We are all psychic sponges in many ways and pick up other people’s moods and thoughts. When you leave the house, visualise a golden light all around you sealing and protecting your aura. Also if you know you are going to be in a difficult environment, carry a piece of tigers eye crystal.

7/ Technology detox. I love technology but I sometimes feel it can drain the soul and shrink our psychic powers if we over do it. Make at least one evening a week technology free. Do something you love. Go retro and play a board game. Make love, write the first page of that novel, read some spiritual books or dance naked in the front room! Whatever floats your spiritual boat! You will be amazed at how this can top up your psychic mojo.

There are all sorts of other things we can do, like using crystals, special grounding or cleansing rituals or practices that are believed to keep our chakras or energy centres turning nicely, but if all else fails any of the above done on a regular basis will keep you in tip top psychic shape.

Loads of love,

Michele x

Developing Psychic Skills part 1

Developing Psychic Skills part 1

We’ve all been in the situation where we’ve known who was on the other end of the phone before we picked it up, or had a ‘feeling’ that something was going to happen before it did. The fact is, we’re all born with intuition – it’s part of the survival mechanism that has allowed us to evolve over hundreds of thousands of years. Despite this most of us don’t consider ourselves psychic and usually dismiss the voice of our intuition more often than we listen to it. Yet, we are usually happy to acknowledge other people’s psychic gifts – usually with an explanation such as: ‘Well, she’s a hereditary psychic’. The simple answer to that is – we all are!

Even ‘hereditary’ psychics or those souls lucky enough to be born into families where their intuitive gifts were encouraged rather than suppressed, had to work on their skills and hone their abilities just like an athlete has to train before they can run a race or a concert pianist has to practice. Developing your own intuitive and clairvoyant abilities – whether you are interested in becoming a professional psychic or just to empower your own life, takes much less effort than training to run a marathon or play a Beethoven concerto and what’s more it can be fun.

Here are some exercises to get you started.

Predict an Outcome – no cheating! For this exercise you’ll need the help of a friend. Take two or three questions you have in your life – things you want to know the outcome of. Perhaps you want to know if you will meet someone new, sell your house or get a new job? For each question write down the outcome you feel will eventuate within a specific time period. Use a separate sheet for each question and describe the outcome in as much detail as you possibly can. The trick with this exercise is to let go of the outcome you want and really listen to what your intuition is telling you. When you’ve finished seal each answer into a separate envelope and give them to a friend to keep. When the outcome occurs, open the relevant envelope and read it through with your friend so you can both see how accurate you have been.

This exercise takes practice so don’t be discouraged if you don’t get accurate results at first. It’s all about being objective rather than subjective. Our intuition is always objective but often our ‘rational’ minds and what we want rather than what we feel is going to happen, drown it out. If so, ask yourself whether you had a ‘gut’ feeling about what the outcome would be but decided to ignore it because you wanted a specific result? If so, don’t dwell on it. Resolve to go with your intuition next time even if you don’t necessarily want to hear it.

Take Stock. Pick a stock on the stock exchange. Don’t worry – you don’t have to go out and buy shares. Pick a company you have some interest in however.  There is no point in following their fortunes if you don’t care how well they do. Then each day before the markets open predict whether their stock will go up or down. Record the trend at the close of trading.  After you have been doing this a while you will start to get it right far more often than you get it wrong.

Remote View. Again, this exercise requires the help of a friend so find somebody you can ‘buddy up’ with. Before you meet with one another each of you places a small object in a box. So, what’s in the box? Do not give each other any clues. You can place the boxes on a table in front of you and allow impressions to form. The trick is not to strain or concentrate too much but to allow your intuition free-rein and see what comes up. This is one of the basic exercises that remote viewers start with. Often when doing this exercise for the first time people are amazed at how close they come to guessing what lurks in the box even if they don’t describe it exactly. But with practice you may soon be able to intuit correctly what’s hidden in the box – which could turn you into a killer contestant on Deal or No Deal if nothing else!

Intuition like any skill takes practice and it needs to be nurtured and above all, trusted to flourish. Remember – you already have the skills. You are more intuitive than you think.

Weekly Astro Tarot Forecast March 28

Weekly Astro Tarot Forecast March 28

Aries – Three of Wands:  You’re setting sail towards a new beginning now. Travel could be on the horizon, a new job offer appears or your business starts to take off. Prepare for lots of calls, messages and an over-flowing inbox. You’ve set something in motion that could lead you towards future success.

Taurus – The Chariot: Your path diverges and two possible choices are presented. If you are conflicted or hesitate both opportunities could be lost or you make the wrong decision. Time to ditch any confusion and look within to what your gut is telling you is the firm choice – then stick to it.

Gemini – Temperance: You’ll know if things are out of balance now or you are just overwhelmed by too much going on. Step back and restore your equilibrium rather than keep juggling or multitasking to the point nothing receives your full attention. A Sagittarian or someone with Sag qualities could influence you for the better.

Cancer – Ten of Cups: Satisfaction with your family life, children, what you have achieved or an outcome around a romance could be yours this week. The universe wants to show you that when the time is right – and when things are right for you, everything just slots in to place of its own accord.

Leo – Queen of Wands: Time to release your business-like warrior goddess and see what she can bring you. You come across as enthusiastic, warm-hearted and above all, feisty now. Others may benefit from a fellow fire sign woman who embodies all of these qualities. Together you just may conquer the world! But take it that you already have these qualities in abundance – plus a dash of sexiness. Work all of it this week.

Virgo – Ten of Swords: Something may come to an end but chances are you’ve known this was likely for some time. Despite this, don’t concentrate on what ‘could have been’ as this card also promises a new beginning to follow. Things are always darkest just before the dawn – and a sunrise is not far off for you now.

Libra – Page of Wands: An offer is on its way and this could even revolve around writing or communications. A new connection can be made now – it may be a friendship or there may be more on offer. Put the finishing touches to projects and get them out there now. There’s power in the present moment this week so don’t procrastinate.

Scorpio – Nine of Cups: You have the wish card this week, Scorpio! A wish is granted or you reach a goal. There’s a feeling of immense satisfaction to be had from knowing things have worked out in your favour. Enjoy the moment as it is well deserved. Having another ‘go’ at something brings you the result you were aiming for. Don’t be afraid of trying again now.

Sagittarius – King of Pentacles: You could attract the attention of an earth-sign man who is well established and generous. Romantically he may not be your usual ‘type’ but you soon find you have more in common than you first thought. Others benefit from a boss or a mentor. Someone is very much on your side now.

Capricorn – Eight of Cups: Although this is seen as the card of walking away and leaving something behind you, many readers forget to mention the fact that the figure in the card isn’t looking back because they are headed towards something. Focus on what’s ahead of you – even if you don’t know what that is yet. You do know for certain it’s new people and opportunities.

Aquarius – King of Swords: If a professional offers you advice this week you could be advised to heed what they are saying. Others could find themselves dealing with someone who is highly intellectual and very knowledgeable about their field. This person can usually be relied upon to keep their word in both their professional and their private lives. Yes, they come across as serious at first but wait to discover that killer wit!

Pisces – The Moon: Pay close attention to your dreams and when you wake up write them down immediately as otherwise you could lose important symbols or messages that are there for you. It’s a week to trust your intuition especially what it is telling you about the future of something or with someone. It will be proved to be right in the long term.
