Tarot Card One – The Chariot

The Chariot indicates that your emotions may be taking off. Have you been feeling out of control or that your life is rapidly changing? If not, hang onto your trilby, your experiences are about to shift gears. The Chariot tells you the importance of balance and the value of making time for love. How is your relationship with yourself these days? Do you believe you are lovable and worthy of love? Is your love life wildly veering left and right, or as static as the Sphinx? The Chariot informs you that you got this, you have far more control than you realise, after all, the charioteer shown, controls the Sphinx with his mind!

I adore this card! Hooray! You received the beautiful Two Of Cups! You have met or about to meet a soul lover or friend. A stunning partnership is nurturing you. If you’ve been having problems or feeling isolated or lonely, the Two Of Cups is urging you to look around you, to integrate, and reach out.

Our energy is like a magnet. When the Two of Cups pops up, you are drawing the love you need. It’s possible that someone you have a past life connection with is about to appear, or that you feel that you have met your ‘twin flame’. Partnerships in all forms are fabulous right now.

Tarot Card Three – The Lovers

Yay! You chose The Lovers card. The Lovers is multi-dimensional, it doesn’t just reflect romantic love. Take a wee look at the card, what do you see? What jumps out at you? It’s very revealing where we choose to put our focus, as were we put our focus creates our experience.

Do you see the immense Angel with open arms standing over the couple and looking out for them? Or the warm rays of the sun shining down (the Sun card is all about happiness). Do you notice both people are looking at the Angel? Or are your eyes drawn to the snake?

How has your love life been so far? Do you feel protected or has the little snake on the left got involved? This card is steeped in symbolism and assures us that the choices we make are important and have consequences (Adam and Eve etc.) You are more surrounded by love than you could possibly know, turn your focus to the positive forces around you and shun the pesky snakes!

The Good news is that by receiving The Lovers card, there’s a promise of renewed passion. Passion can take many forms. Tarot Card One – Judgment

You are about to have an epiphany! The Judgment card whispers that the time has come for you to see a new path onwards. Your inner wise one is doing a little jig and cheering you on. Check out the Angel; their horn has your name on it! (That sounds so wrong, but you know what I mean ;) ) Life is no longer stagnant and the upcoming revelation will set you on a soul path worthy of you.

OK, as the card says, you are being judged, but not by an external force but your own spirit. All the good things you have done are being added up. Judgment is also a time of self-forgiveness of feeling the unconditional love of the Universe. There’s an internal revolution coming that sets you free. You aren’t going to take any more crap as you’re finally blowing your own trumpet and believing in your present and future. Life is transforming and the pathway is lit, so get moving!

Tarot Card Two – The Moon

How timely! I am writing this just after the Full Moon. The energy of the Moon is with you. What intuitive messages are you receiving? Are you truly listening to your gut instincts? Are you honouring your own magic and wisdom? Your wise one is giving you a kick up the derriere, and telling you to tune into your magnificent psychic ability. You have the answers that you need. The Universe is giving you incredible signs every day, it’s time to own your power.

Tarot Card Three – 5 of Pentacles

On first impression, the five of Pentacles is slightly alarming. It’s the emotional poverty card and perhaps the financial strife card. Here are some poor folk (literally as well as metaphorically) struggling in the cold and snow. One seems to have hurt their leg, and neither looks happy. It would seem that you have had some sort of financial or emotional blow, perhaps this situation has been going on so long that you’ve become used to it.

Perhaps you haven’t taken the time to process and examine where the suffering has come from or how you can resolve it? Humans are very good at adapting to circumstances, even bad ones, and carry on against all the odds. Having said all that this is also a card of GOOD NEWS! If only these folk look up, they will see the light of sanctuary on their left. The five of Pentacles tells you that you have suffered enough. It’s time to open your eyes to the comfort and opportunity that is right next to you. The Universe is opening their arms to give you a big hug, but obviously, you also have to not only help yourself but see the salvation right in front of you. Weekly Horoscope Forecast 4th December 2017 (Written)

Aries

· What returns with new relevance?

· Is there still a chapter waiting to be written?

· Feel the life-force this week!

It’s all very much Back to the Future week for you, Aries. Think of the card of Judgement in the Tarot. Something you thought dead comes alive again or returns from the past. Mercury now very much in retrograde form in your 9th collides with Saturn that old cosmic-time keeper on the 6th. The same day there’s a sextile happening between Mercury and Saturn and Mars in your 7th. Past projects, past partners, long lost lovers or friends. Something or someone where destiny has not quite been lived out features – especially with the Sun also in your 9th making a trine to your karmic North Node in your 5th. Just throw into the mix Mercury and Venus making angles to Neptune in his ruling 12th (the house of the past and past-lives) and also Chiron in here on the 12th. My spidey-senses are tingling as I write this! Cosmic contracts and writing a new chapter in the Book of Fate could be your task this week.

Mars moving into your 8th of rebirth also points the same way. This is Mars’s ancient ruling house. Or is it a new version of you that is the rebirth here? Harking back to the Judgement card in the Tarot again. One of my favourite versions of this card comes from the Robin Wood deck. It’s a pagan version of Rider Waite. The Judgement card depicts a woman rising from a fiery cauldron with a phoenix behind her. The ancient symbol for your 8th house and the sign of Scorpio is of course, the Phoenix. Is it you who is ‘coming alive’ again or reborn on some level or something else in your life? Whatever you have given up on could just return in a form that is more relevant to who you are now, than it was before. Live again this week, Aries.

In a nutshell: Something you had given up on returns this week. There’s another chapter yet to be written in this story. The past has a big role to play in your future now.

Taurus

· Embrace a beautiful transformation

· What’s the bigger picture?

· Change brings benefits

Transformational changes beckon for you this week, Taurus. These may be long past due. Mercury retrograde meeting Saturn in here this week is asking you what has been lived out? What are you clinging on to? And why? Things cannot improve unless they change. Yes, this may require some short—term upheaval. And yes, it may also take you temporarily out of your comfort zone. But the results will be worth it, I promise you. Mercury rules your 6th of work and wellbeing and links to Mars in here who rules your 8th. So, both are in what we astrologers call ‘’mutual reception by house”. In other words, they are talking to one another and the conversation they are having is to your ultimate benefit. Mercury retro and Saturn highlight where the changes need to be made and Mars provides the impetus to make it happen.

Sure there’s some reluctance behind this because you love things to run smoothly. You don’t need Mars now moving into your partnership sector from the 9th to tell you this is going to impact on partners and your domestic life. But what needs to be done now has to be done unless you are going to continue to feel the even worse pressure of stagnating in place. I honestly think this is not an option for you now as the Sun hits the North Node in your house of home and security and ruler Venus has you realising there’s a bigger picture you need to see. One part of this is now being revealed with more to follow. You’ll be aware this week that staying put just short-changes you on so many levels. You’ve the courage now to shake things up. Be a mover and a shaker this week.

In a nutshell: Don’t cling to the past. Not when the future wants to hand you something so much better. Fearlessly let go and claim it now!

· What have you learned about the power of partnerships?

Last week’s full Supermoon in your 1st should have seen you tackling issues around partners, those closest to you and even career matters. Should you have put off saying what needs to be said – perhaps due to the person you needed to say it being unavailable, this week gives you that second opportunity. It’s very much a week to set the record straight or do what needs to be done. Ruler Mercury now in full retrograde flow in your 7th re-encounters Saturn. The Sun in here makes a positive angle to the North Node in your communications sector. Time for a talk perhaps or to seal a deal that’s been hanging around? Both spoken and unspoken agreements are featured now and if they are the unspoken kind, it really is time to verbalise them. If you’ve got something on your mind, don’t keep it there any longer. Your ruler and this week’s aspects all say ‘Out with it’! These past two and a half years should have offered opportunities for you to learn that two is better than one. But this begins with good communication.

As well as what needs to be said around current, past or even prospective partners, the need to state your intentions or wrap things up now extends to your work and career too. What did you miss the first time around, Cancer? Mercury in his ruling house of work and wellbeing has you going back over things now. It could be you discover something you missed the first time around. Or else, something you should have been aware of – a missing piece of the puzzle, is now presented to you that completes the picture. Perhaps you have been waiting on someone else’s input. A signature, report or a response. This could be from a governing body, an institution or someone in a position of authority. As Mercury backs into Saturn this could now be delivered. Contracts are signed. Agreements are reached. Information or news you have been waiting on arrives perhaps bringing something to a much-needed conclusion. If you need to go seek an alternative – don’t be afraid to as Mercury trines Uranus in your career house offering you more options than you may have thought you had. The reason I say this is that not only is your 5th house of all things Leo-like lit up as well as your 9th of soul freedom, but Mars enters your home sector on the 9th. We are always in different ‘energetic’ places. Sometimes life is easy and we experience happiness and pleasure and other times we are blocked or lost. How can we best use the energy around us? This is a very interesting time for you, it has a very cloak and dagger feel, all may not be what its seems… Many dreams and ideas are flowing through you as well as choices are being presented to you.  You’re in a magical energetic space where you can manifest your dreams  and desires, yet there is a stark warning… ‘Be careful what you wish for’ as you might just get it.

The Dali Tarot deck has chosen to draw strength from the Rider Tarot and within this card we are presented with seven cups filled with fascinating and mystical objects. One cup contains a human head which could symbolise your intellect, The snake filled cup is your lust and passion. The cup with the  castle could be success and protection. The cup filled with jewels shows a desire for material wealth and the cup containing the laurel signifies victory and accomplishment. But what about the fierce dragon? Perhaps your life has become a ‘tad ‘Game of Thrones’. The mesmerising pull of the cup which contents are hidden, leaves us asking what is about to be revealed?, Maybe that cup is empty or maybe it contains a dream you haven’t dreamt yet? Within the card, you symbolise the Magician and the cups are symbolic of areas of your life. You are called on to be vigilant and realise the differences between dreams and illusions .

The Hanged Man

Sinister as this card looks it’s actually a depiction of the Norse God Odin who hung from the World tree to learn the wisdom of the Runes. His post is relaxed and chilled out and he is not struggling to get free. He is simply taking some time to utilise his time of stillness when seeking new knowledge. You could be feeling in limbo. You could be anxiously waiting for something, you may just be bored or you may be hanging onto an outdated belief or situation which is causing stagnation. Have you grown used to this period of non action? Are you afraid to let go or move on? When the Hanged Man appears it is not a time to push forward but to be mindful that there is much going on under the surface. Just as we can’t see the spring flowers before they push through the earth, you may also not be able to see the fabulousness which is almost about to push through.

The best advice for dealing with this energy is to surrender. Look at things differently, take your time and weigh up your decisions and look at what would really be best In certain areas of yoga they say “If you want to see things differently, stand on your head”. A different perspective or mindset is often all we need when faced with a decision. There is much to learn and ponder and even if you feel still you are growing. Don’t try to rush something before it has had time to come to fruition. Remember , we cant force nature, and everything comes within divine timing. Relax in to this period  and see it as an energetic holiday. See it as a help instead of a hindrance. The Hanged man calls for you make a sacrifice in someway, something needs to be given up, but rather than look at this as a loss, focus on what you will gain, you would hate to be a martyr.

Temperance

Temperance is the card of alchemy and the magic of alchemy is only seen when components are mixed equally. A need to achieve balance is evident when this card comes in. When energies are not distributed equally it causes discord and discomfort. In the same way when we fight against something, we put up a resistance. When we allow something to consume us, we shift the dynamics and we suffer. It is only by realigning and bringing energies back in to balance that we restore peace and harmony. Trying to work with others or our problems we can bring in balance and things will flow a lot easier.

You could be experiencing a time of deep self evaluation and are rethinking your life priorities. Seeking a greater balance between your inner and outer self, maybe even searching for a higher meaning and purpose in life. The clash of the old and new could be causing confusion as to which direction you ought to take and what it is that is truly important to you. If you are faced with doors remaining closed to you now, time to admit you may just be knocking on the wrong ones and recraft your vision. You may have to stand up and show someone that you are much more courageous than they think.

This week’s full Moon is in her ruling house in your chart placing the emphasis firmly on what you need to make you feel secure. You may feel especially sensitive and emotional now and watch any tendencies towards emotional eating (or drinking!). Emotions that surface under a full Moon are very much like the tide. It’s good to remember they will ebb and flow but you do not have to be pulled under by them. Mind you fishy, you are a good swimmer so don’t be scared of diving into what comes up.

Try to remain an observer and then as the full Moon wanes, delve into why when you’re more objective. Mercury heads retrograde in your career house now, giving you that opportunity to adjust your long term course if necessary. You can still take advantage of Saturn’s final weeks in this house if need be by using this retrograde to rewrite anything from your CV or set a new course. Saturn in his ruling house asks for a serious commitment. Stay the course but don’t be afraid to adjust it if necessary.
