Memorial Day Wishes

Welcome back to Terry’s Place. Things are changing slowly. As I mentioned in an earlier post, I’ll be resurrecting many of my “lost” posts. But today, please take time to thank those who put their lives on the line for us.

What’s Cooking Wednesday — Lazy Day Crockpot Ribs

It’s beenDeadly Puzzles snowing here the last couple of days. Yes, even though it’s May. I’m rerunning a favorite crock pot recipe — one of the missing posts from my server failure.

In Deadly Puzzles, Mrs. Yardumian is enjoying a lazy day. Dinner’s in the crock pot, leaving her free to read, knit, and listen to music.

The cowbells clanged as he opened the door, classical music playing softly beneath their harsh interruption. Mrs. Yardumian sat by the fire, knitting, as she’d been when Gordon had...

Things I’ve learned:

Backup doesn’t always mean backup. As noted above, the host didn’t have anything after March 11th. I subscribe to my own blog, but after I get the email, I don’t bother to save it; I get it just to be alerted that the post has actually appeared. Yes, I do ha...

Sorry About That!

Somehow, my blog and website databases got corrupted, and the only backup the host could find was for March. I apologize for missing posts. I’m in the process of moving to a new website host, and am hopeful that things will get back to normal soon. However, according to my current web host, all blog posts after March 11th have disappeared, so there will be a huge gap.
