Original Online Regency Serial
Hi Everyone,
My mother, sister and I are heading to the 2012 Jane Austen Festival Australia this coming April and, for a bit of fun, I am writing an original Regency serial titled 'Trust and Tribulation' for the festival blog. The serial will be posted every Monday for ten weeks and will follow the adventures of Anthea Stanwell and her sister as they learn about love and life at a Regency house party (with some bits of the JAFA festival thrown in!). It's a hoot to write and, I hope, a lot of fun to read. The serial will culminate in a competition to write the final instalment, however entry is only open to season ticket holders of the 2012 Jane Austen Festival Australia.
I have posted the first instalment on the JAFA blog so click here – http://janeaustenfestival.blogspot.com/ to read Chapter 1. I hope you enjoy it and if you are a season ticket holder, maybe you will be inspired to release your inner Jane Austen or Georgette Heyer!
Cheers,
Alison

Hi There!
Hello fellow avid readers,
I'm new to Goodreads, so I am still stumbling around trying to work things out, but so far I'm having a ball.
I wanted to say thanks to all the readers who have contacted me about EON and EONA. The big question has been, will there be a third book in the Eona series? I'm not sure yet - if I do write one I want a strong storyline that will take Eona's story into new territory, and I have been working on some possible scenarios that are looking good. Suffice to say, I'm definitely not against entering the world of the Celestial Dragons again sometime soon. At the moment, however, I am totally besotted by my new project which is a hoot. I'll let you know about it as soon as the time is ripe.
Also, I'm thrilled to announce that I am going to be appearing at Comic Con New York on Sunday 16th October. I'll post more details as they come to hand.
Viva la books!
Best,
Alison
