Happy Saturday
Happy Saturday, you lovely people,
Chapter 9 of book 7 is done. I have not gotten to the new series, but I will. I think it's lingering at chapter 1 or 2.
It has been a productive morning, so far. And a beautiful one at that. Cool weather, just me and the birds and a whole lot of writing, until a skunk decided to grace me with its stink. I don't know where the little bugger was, but it was very strong and sent me back inside. lol. Bleh! So gross.
I hope your weekend is a good one. May it be filled with inspiration, an abundance of creativity, love and laughter.

It has been an interesting (not in a good way) couple of weeks and I am sorry for the silence, but I'm here and sending a big HELLO! to you.
Editing of book 6, Max Hamby and the Amethyst Guardian has started. Book 7, Max Hamby and the Ember Moon has a good start and a whole new series has been started, as well. Whew! I'm sure most of you know this already, but for those that don't, this is where we are in the MH series. :)

Perky Covers
Just popping in to let you know about the perked up MH covers.
I just finished them this morning. They are more uniform, more colorful and I think are much better than the originals, but you can see for yourself below.
In the process of changing all covers across the retail channels now. You should be seeing the new covers, ebook and print, in stores within a day or two. ;)

Happy Thursday everyone!
I hope you're all feeling fine and doing well. If life is a bit wonky at the moment, don't fret. I'm sending you loads of hugs and positive vibes. It will be okay. Trust.
I'm just popping in say hello. HELLO! ;) And I'm letting ya know that book 6 is officially typed into the computer. Whew! Over 70,000 words and almost 500 pages. Next up is editing and you can bet your bottom, there will be some revisions and cuts. (okay, maybe more than some.)
It's done, though and I couldn't be happier, so celebrate with me and have a cookie (below). I know it's only Thursday, still part of the work week, but the weekend is almost here and we (you and I) deserve a nice little break. Right?
LOL, truth be told, I'm not very good with breaks. And that usually means, I'll move on to something else on my TO DO List. Speaking of which, I was playing around with the MH covers, giving them a bit of pizazz and a touch of perkiness. I think they look more uniform, more colorful and better than the current. I'm also considering taking a look inside, updating the front and back, plus chapter headings. We'll see, though. No stress. I've got two more (new) series on the brain and am itching to start, at least, one of them.
