Georgia Mom Gets Probation In Son's Jaywalking Death

Source: Associated Press Marietta, Ga.- A Georgia woman has received a year's probation in the jaywalking death of her 4-year-old son, who was struck as the family crossed a busy street north of Atlanta. In an unusual move, the judge also offered Raquel Nelson the option of having another trial. Her defense team didn't immediately make a decision.
