My upcoming novel, "Rules of Engagement" is a fast-moving, action-packed, all-the-feels, contemporary romance.
An enemies to lovers, sexy, standalone about a case of miscommunication that leads to total crisis management and proves that in the game of love, winners never quit.
Featuring a precocious K9.
Jorja Jones:
My boss, Editor in Chief of Modern Family Magazine, Sidney Malone, informs me that I will be writing our entry into the First Annual Thorton Publishing House Contest, and the theme is Everyday Heroes, featuring Sunnyville's recently returned Navy SEAL Jocko Malone.
Jocko? Just my luck! We have bad blood, high-school history.
The day before he left for the Navy, he took his torture to another level. He kissed me like we were lovers. It was humiliating.
Six years later, the memory still makes my blood boil ... and my toes curl. I am doomed!
Jocko Malone:
The last time I saw Juicy Jorja, her body that's built like a brick house was pinned between my manhood and the lockers, and I had kissed the ever-loving (fill in the blank) out of her sassy mouth.
The memory of which got me through all the darkness I faced.
She's the reason I returned to Sunnyville.
She and I have unfinished business.
Get ready to fall hard for Sunnyville's returning hero, Navy SEAL Jocko Malone as he fights to win back the girl he left behind.
Failure is not an option.
One-click-it-today and immerse yourself in Sunnyville with an all new magnificent Malone man.
Jessika Klide's "Rules of Engagement" is written in K. Bromberg's Everyday Heroes Worlds project.

Yay! TY! ROE ranked #78 Military Romance!

"SQUEE! I'm still pinching myself!"
^^^ Look at that rank! ^^^
THANK YOU, EVERYONE, WHO MADE THIS POSSIBLE!
I am over the moon happy about this whole KB World experience. I love Kristy Bromberg and her Everyday Heroes books so much. It was an amazing experience to get to write in her world and create another magnificent Malone man.
If you haven't popped over to Amazon and checked out Jocko Malone, Jorja Jones, and K9 Lucifer yet, I hope you will. Jocko is all kinds of swoon-worthy.

SURPRISE NEW RELEASE
SURPRISE RELEASE!
Rules Of Engagement: Coming Home for Her
If you're a long-time reader of mine, it might sound familiar. However...
A returning hero. A woman scorned. Can they have a second chance at love?
When Navy SEAL Jocko Monroe returns to Live Oak, he has one goal in mind.
Claim the girl he left behind.
But Jorja Jones wasn’t his girl, and she’s been battling that rumor since he left.
Now that he’s back, she intends to set the record straight.
If only she hadn’t been assigned to write an article for Southern Family Magazine on “Heroes Among Us,” and her boss hadn’t picked Jocko Monroe to feature.
So who is right? Jocko or Jorja?
Only time spent together will tell!
Sound familiar? Well, it's NOT the same book. It's more!
You see, Rules of Engagement was originally published in 2020 in K. Bromberg's KB World. Everyday Heroes, and I've received the rights back to publish my own version --Rules of Engagement: Coming Home for Her.
I've expanded this new version from 270 pages to 348 pages with new words and additional scenes. If you've already read the KB World version, then it's not necessary to read this one. The basic story is the same. However... don't write it off just for that reason alone. Inside this version are a lot of easter eggs because I'm excited to publish it as the first book in a new series, Live in Live Oak. A spinoff series in Siri and Aurei's hometown in Alabama. PLUS...this new Coming Home for Her version is bigger and, I think, better and well worth the re-read. I know I thoroughly enjoyed delving back into Jocko and Jorja's story. And let's not forget Luce. He has always held a special spot in my heart.
NOTE TO MY APPLE BOOKS, BARNES & NOBLE, KOBO, AND GOOGLE PLAY READERS. This is the first time the ebook of Rules of Engagement has been offered. It was originally published in Kindle Unlimited.
There is a chance to win a signed paperback copy over on Goodreads until Aug 20, 2023. https://tinyurl.com/ROECHFHGRGiveaway
