1966 Buick Skylark convertible
Car has been parked for weeks in a very "I'm For Sale" pose along US 1 in Searsport, Maine. Finally had a chance to stop on an icy morning en route toCambridge.
The Penobscot River, about to become Penobscot Bay. Taken just below the Penobscot Narrows Bridge. A colo(u)r photograph. It was just that kind of grey/silver day. Winter's coming downest. These midsize convertibles from the 1960s and 70s are popular summah cars. Here's a nifty '61 Skylark we saw a couple months back. And a '71 Skylark. Or how about a '71 Cutlass?

1930 Ford Model A pickup
Maybe not a work truck but still a useful machine in excellent shape and parts would be easy enough to come by. On the block at Hemmings.
1968 Chevolet C10 Custom
From Reid Cunningham: "A nicely restored C10 Custom. I have no idea if the two tone is period correct but it looks great. It had a floor mounted manual conversion and a single exhaust so maybe originally a 6 or small 8 with a three on the tree? In Franklin, NH."

1978? Toyota Chinook Camper
Spotted in Blue Hill, Maine. Found a bunch of info on Chinooks at Tin Can Tourists Avocado was the color of the era.
Not a very successful look inside, but it is neat little unit. Standard shift, too.

1941 Dodge sedans, Banff
from Alex Emond, in Banff, Alberta: "These two 1940 or early 40's Dodge sedans showed up this fall in a back yard close to downtown Banff. The grey one is a Special De Luxe, and I am not sure about the darker one , which is more "luxurious" . Really nice and possibly out of the two, get the green/brown one rolling down the road . I have no idea what the story behind these cars is ... I think I know who might own them . Won't be long before they're covered in snow ... maybe even by tomorrow morning. "

1964 Cadillac, Cambridge MA
The license plate dysfunctional: this is a '64, maybe the best Cadillac of the fin phase. Caught in Cambridge. AL posted a sweet '60 in Blue Hill a while back.
