My Stand-In (2024)

 I didn't expect to like My Stand-In, sincerely the plot is not up to my alley, all this talking about body-switch, I understand it's a common plot in some BL novel, but to me is too unrealistic to relate. But once I started this drama, I realized it was more sweet and sometime even funny than expected. The main couple is interacting a lot, they are passionate and physical, but it's always very romantic and not cheecky or trash. Sure, maybe all this talking about top and bottom, doing it from behind (even if in the end there was a reason, a sort of fetish of Ming ;-)), and so on was somewhat tiring, and distracting me from the romance, but putting that aside, they were a good couple. I even liked the third wheel, Sol, even if there was no game with Ming. But I remain of the idea that I prefer the Japanese traditional lenght for drama, 6 episodes, the Thai traditional lenght of 12 episode it's diluiting too much the story. But in this case, it was manageable. HEA. You can see it on iQIYI. Heat Level: 5/6.
