Michael Scheffel was born in 1967. He grew up in Jerseyville, Illinois, a farming community north of St Louis. He currently lives near Ft Leonard Wood, Missouri. An award winning author, Michael has published two novels: Storm On The Horizon and St. Louis Affair, Mystery & Mayhem Awards 2015 First Place Winner.
