No secret stays hidden forever.

Ever since her magics manifested, Avery Hawk was taught to hide her abilities from the Witch and Warlock world. But when her brother is kidnapped following a black magic attack, she risks everything to find him, including turning to a man in the heart of the world she’s always shunned.

10 Things to Love about… SNOW? In September?

[image error]A Wolf’s Protection: Lothian Werewolves #1 (Adam and Mary’s Story) April 2016

The leaves on my trees are still green, but Mother Nature doesn’t seem to care. *sob* It’s been snowing and snowing and snowing… and it’s suppose to keep snowing and snowing and snowing. (I’ve shared some pictures on my Facebook Page.) I think it’s predicted to stop some time tomorrow afternoon, but really…

It is only September 29th.

It is obnoxiously early for this much snow (even by Alberta standards).

So I thou...

Pets for Dragons & Werewolves

I recently realized that I didn’t include any pets for my dragon shifters (Mannix Dragon Shifters) or my werewolves (A Werewolf’s Curse or Lothian Werewolves).

How is that possible?

My cats are an integral part of my life. Dogs and cats have always been a steady presence in my life.

Author’s Notes on Their Runaway Mate

The story of Their Runaway Mate

It all started one foggy night when I was driving home along a quiet country road. I couldn’t see any of the houses or yard lights that I knew were out there. The fog was just too thick.

And… my mind wandered. In retrospect, daydreaming probably wasn’t the best use of my time at that moment, but you know… it all worked out, so it’s okay, right?

Anyway, in the beginning, I’d envisioned four sisters running in the four cardinal directions, trying to escape th...

Book Club Discussions – Their Runaway Mate

Last year one of my coworkers asked if I included questions at the end of my books that people could use in a book club setting (or, I suppose, that they could think about after they read the book). I don’t have any. I hadn’t even realized that was a thing, to be honest.
