Qazi Imdadul Haq was a distinguished poet, essayist, and novelist born in 1882 in the Khulna district. Throughout his professional life, he dedicated himself to education, serving as a teacher and teacher-trainer before eventually becoming the first Secretary of the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Dhaka. Beyond his administrative and pedagogical roles, he was a prominent intellectual figure and a regular contributor to influential magazines such as Bharati and Nabanur.
