Christopher had a great time at the Miami Book Fair celebrating Murtagh! He also had the pleasure of meeting the awesome Floridian author Carl Hiaasen (pictured above)! 

Hundreds of fans attended the event, some even paying tribute to the dragon Saphira with stunning custom book covers, cosplay dragon wings, and beautiful body...

The event was hosted by Barnes & Noble, and what an event it was—hundreds of people joined in! So many questions answered, an excerpted reading, conversation, and—of course—so many books signed! Over five hundred enthusiastic fans, and one black dragon, packed into the United Irish Cultural Center in San Francisco on Sunday afternoon to celebrate Murtagh! Thank you BookShop West Portal for hosting this amazing event!

Christopher spoke about his journey as an author before reading from the Inheritance Cycle and Murtagh. He then signed many books—including a few gorgeous special editions (see below)—a sword’s sheath, and custom art pieces from fans...

Saturday morning almost seven hundred fans turned out in Milwaukee, WI to celebrate Murtagh and the World of Eragon! A big thank you to Boswell Book Company for hosting this event at Centennial Hall!

After his presentation Christopher signed hundreds of books, and his personalized a real sword, all at lightning speed before running off to catch a plane to San Francisco—the next stop along the Murtagh tour!
