How Christopher Named ‘To Sleep in a Sea of Stars’

So just how did Christopher come up with the title of To Sleep in a Sea of Stars?


Well, he came up with the title at the same time he came up with the idea for the book itself. Up until that point, Christopher had written a number of novels with very short titles, and he wanted to do something that was the complete opposite of that—longer, more poetic.
