The End of Introductory Pricing
As I reported in my previous journal entry here, the pricing of my book after November 15 would depend on how many copies were sold in the first half of the month. The figure has come in, and it's a shocker even for me, and I've been prepared all my life for shocks and bumps.
The new catalog price of the paperback will be $48.73, based on two factors, one of which is the expected sales potential as predicted by Mantissa's Ouija board. It has also been re-classified as a cookbook by the publisher (those clever little rodents!) and therefore needs to be priced accordingly. The e-book version will sell for slightly less because it's not on paper, and the catalog price for that will be $37.50.
