Ricky Mon is writing the Loxy Quum series to further his belief in the power of science fiction. As a boy and a young man, he enjoyed the classics by Asimov, Heinlein, Bradbury, Orwell and others, as well as action stories like Doc Savage and comics. Ricky (his pen name) is the author of non-fiction publications in economics and natural resources. When not working on Tabia with the allies, he lives in Grass Valley, California.
