Following the devastating World Cup Semi-final match yesterday, between Germany – Brazil (Hosting Country), spectators inside The Mineirao Stadium in Belo Horizonte were left in tears following the humiliating 7-1 defeat. Some left before the final whistle as they struggled to watch the loss, the worst in Brazil's history. Violence broke out on the streets of Brazil after the dreams of millions of football fans were left in tatters last night. As a result of the outrage, authorities were called to a densely-populated area of Sao Paulo after football supporters reportedly set a bus alight, leaving it as little more than a burnt-out shell. MOTHER ABANDONED 10-MONTH-OLD BABY ON SUBWAY PLATFORM

Frankea Dabbs, 20, have been charged with abandoning a child after she left her 10-month-old daughter, Milani Edmonds, in her stroller in one of New York City’s busiest subway stations at Columbus Circle on Monday morning. The baby was found by Catherine Boursier, a passerby, who stayed with the baby until police arrived.

Utah police officer Joshua Boren, of Linden Police Department allegedly drugged his British wife Kelly Boren, raped her while filming it before killing her and his family and then himself in January16. According to Spanish Fork Police investigation, released this week, the couple had exchanged several heated text messages the day before the murder-suicide, with both seemingly agreeing their 8-year marriage was over.

FLORIDA WOMAN KILLED ROOMMATE AND POSTED FACEBOOK VIDEO ADMITTING ATTACK

40-year-old Florida nurse Rosemarie Farid, is being charged with the murder of her male flatmate Donald Galvagni, 64, after his battered body was discovered by Police in the bathtub of his Sunrise home on July 2 which horrific incident she posted on her Facebook account. Farid, who according to her Facebook page is a nurse, assistant maid and cook, also admitted stealing the 64-year-old's phone so he couldn't call police and taking money from his wallet. A four-year-old girl from Kemarak Pumin, Cambodian was used as collateral against a loan by her own biological mother who found it impossible to care for the girl during the day because she had to go to work. The woman who 'borrowed' the young girl as 'collateral' for a loan she had given to the child’s biological mother kept the child chained to a post for eight hours a day over two years, as revealed today. According to Police and child protection workers who went to a village hut near the Cambodian town of Kemarak Pumin found the girl sitting on the floor of the community building with a chain padlocked around her ankle, securing her to a post. NURSING HOME KILLER

A 46-year-old nurse from the St Andrews Village nursing home was arrested at a property in Seaspray, south-east of Melbourne, on Monday following suspicion of her involvement with two alleged murders, and the alleged assault of another patient. Marie Darragh, 82 and Isobella Spencer, 77, were found dead at the Ballina nursing home, northern NSW, just before Mother's Day on May 10. The third victim 88-year-old resident was allegedly woken in the middle of the night to find the nurse trying to give her 'unscheduled medication'.
