Travelling

So, travelling. Such a diverse topic. I highly encourage it, it this post is to tell you why.

1. "The world is a book, and if you never travel, you never read past the first chapter." ~Anonymous~
So true!!! Oh my goodness, this sums it up right here. I am currently in Europe (I live in Canada) and if I had never traveled all the way over here, I would never have known all the amazing things I learned while I was here.

For one: There are different people out there! People with different customs, languages, accents, and appearances. Yes, I knew this before, but in never actually hit me until I actually got out here to see it for myself.

It really is amazing if you can take the time to see it!

2. "The scope for the imagination" as Anne of Green Gables would put it. It's just incredible. And this goes especially for those artsy people out there. And I'm not just talking about painting and drawing. I'm talking writing, music, visual arts, dancing, you name it. Anything creative can get it's inspiration from somewhere, and travelling is the perfect way to get that inspiration.

Why, I already have three more books planned, just because of my one trip to England and Italy!

3. It is an awesome way to take a break and escape the world you're used to to see something new. Get out there! See the world! Experience first hand the lives of others that live across the globe. Take chances, take risks. Where there is a will, there is a way, so just get out there!

So yeah, my little speech on travelling :)
