Merkiaari Wars 3 cover art

Great news. Operation Oracle — Merkiaari Wars 3 — is coming this March and I’ve just received the cover art to evaluate. It looks fantastic! Really good use of colour and action. I will add the draft to this post. I’m definitely going to pass it to the cover designer for use in the final cover.

Merkiaari Wars on Sale

NEWS: Merkiaari Wars books 1+2 are on sale at reduced price ($2.99) in the lead up to the release of Operation Oracle (book 3) at Amazon.com.

I have asked that my friend Panagiotis create the art for Operation Oracle’s cover as he did such a great job on Rune Gate. I’m really looking forward to seeing what he comes up with. I am in the closing chapters of the book now, and it should be ready for editing in about two weeks. Hopefully there won’t be too many problems. If all goes well I expect to see this book released sometime in March.

My books are now available as ePub

News: Today, Saturday 12 2013, six of my books were released through Kobo.com for the kobo ereader and as ePub editions for people using computers and tablets using Adobe Digital.

Other News: Last night I wrote page 250 of Operation Oracle (Merkiaari Wars part3) that means I am into the last third of the book now at chapter 16. That doesn’t mean I only have 30% of the work to go of course. There’s still rewriting and editing to do, then proofing and editing a second time, but it does mean I’m still on course for a spring 2013 release. Reviews of books 1 and 2 are very encouraging, and I’m pushing hard so that fans of the series do not have to wait too long between books.

For those of you wanting book 2 of the Rune Gate Cycle, Chosen is about 50% done if you measure that as actual words done, but will not be worked upon until Operation Oracle is completed. Do not fear though, Chosen is next up and is still planned to release in spring 2013.

Rune Gate free over Christmas

News: Rune Gate will be free over Christmas 23rd-28th of December over at Amazon.com and Amazon.co.uk After that, it will be back to its usual price just in time for its release on Kobo. These little e-readers are being promoted in the UK right now, and I’m looking forward to seeing some of my books on them.

Other news: Helm by Steven Gould is now available for download over at audible.com. I really like this book. I read it years ago as hardback, but just downloaded it again for my iPod. Jumper is another of his books that I would like for my iPod, but for some reason only books 2 called Reflex is currently available. Reflex is the lesser of the two in my opinion. Jumper by far eclipses it.
