Cove Valley: My Weakest Book

It might seem strange for an author to bash his own book, but it's more important to me to gain readers than it is to attempt to sell a subpar book.

The primary reason Cove Valley doesn't hold up to some of my other books is because it wasn't written from scratch. It sat in suitcase for 12 years before I performed massive surgery on it. I thought I had pulled it off, but I didn't. It's just so difficult to completely alter a story and put all the pieces back together. Starting with a blank canvas is more enjoyable and effective.

So ... I would highly recommend reading Twisted Sick, The Dark Side of the Felt, or Wilting Steven prior to reading Cove Valley. In fact, I would recommend not reading Cove Valley at all. I have no interest in leading a reader down the wrong path and then losing that reader.

Hope you understand. :)
