So much ignorance in this world. “Oh so it’s okay for a black guy to shoot a black guy but if a white guy does it, it’s racist!” LOL theres a chance it may not be but there is such a thing as racial motivation and discrimination - just ask law enforcer Gary Gardner of Tulia, Texas. He admits he’s seen some “scary black people.” My point being, if you said somebody was being a certain way and felt like it was a PERSONAL ATTACK, which could be based on your skin color out of fear. Image matters, if they were afraid of somebody’s’ image and they happened to be black yes it can be racist!
