I wanted to write a book about a guy who’s dealt with people in his life leaving him behind, whether it be through death or just moving on. I had a couple friends who passed away on me so I wanted to write a book capturing my process of dealing with that. I also wanted to write about expectations and how we chase a dream and when we reach that point or even getting close to that point, we realize that our expectations turned into delusions. I also wanted to write a book about relationships and how sometimes love is more important than relationships.
