Meth,’ Wallins, a former priest, was arrested this month for selling $9000 of methamphetamines per week. The story, though, doesn’t end there. Prior to selling drugs, Wallins, who was well respected in the Connecticut Catholic community, began acting strangely in the spring of 2011.
