● The initial plots of land your company owns, is at least 50 acres of prime property in each major city in the world.
● Only the skyscrapers are built and ready for occupation, all the initial plots of land are empty, and you have enough funds to build one building in each city you own the land in. What you build first is upto you.
● Each property and branch of your company is earning enough to survive, pay each employee high salary and benefits, pay all expenses and maintenance, and yet earn a decent amount of profit which is fed back to you.
● Your company has all necessary licences and paperwork and is always in good standing with the local government, state government, and central government in each and every country. Irrespective of which political party is in power, or any social, economic, and/or political upheavals, you, your company, and all your properties are always safe and in good standing.

● You cannot sell any of the initial property you gain through the essence, only decide when and what to build, and whether to rent or lease either the land or building.
● When you decide to build something, you will always get the best materials, tools, and equipment’s; the best architects/designers/engineers/construction workers; and all required permissions. The costs are always in budget. The buildings built within projected time-frame, are in accordance to all codes, and best in quality.
● Tenants will pay their rent amount on time every month. They will maintain the rented space well and not cause any damage. If there is any damage, they will pay to repair it without any hassle. When they cannot afford to pay the rent, they will willingly, without creating any issues vacate the place and not cause any problems to you and/or your company.
● Every month the money gained from each property and branch of your company after all expenses, will initially remain in the headquarters of each country. How you use this money is upto you, transfer to global headquarters, invest in new assets, upgrade your existing assets, donate the money, or blow it all, it is upto you. You will have a dedicated group of financial advisors and accountants to help you do whatever you choose.
● You have a system which in real-time shows you the status of all your properties, buildings, and assets; company and all its divisions, subsidiaries, and branches; investments, debts, and financial statements; situations in every country and how it may affect your company; and potential opportunities to invest. The system maintains a continuous perception filter which prevents any and all observers from noticing anything odd about you, your company, and its ownership, any and all of your assets and employees. Everything will be accepted as normal and legal.

Essence of Landlord
Created this essence (along with a few others) for a story for NaNoWriMo. Hope to hear your opinion on it. And if anyone uses this in a story, would love to read it.
Essence of Landlord
Upon drinking the essence inside this opaque bottle shaped like the Empire State Building, containing a grey and green coloured liquid, which smells like roses and tastes like honey you gain several effects:
● You own a large gated community covering an area of 50 acres, in the city of your choice. You own the entire property and all buildings in it through your company. You have 100% share in your company through personal ownership and several trusts.
● The community is located next to local and national highways, near to local, national, and international bus stations, railways, and airports, (and seaports if applicable), international schools, world-class hospitals, near to both business and commercial clusters, and recreational areas.
● There are 27 apartment complexes in the community, built around a massive central green zone with an internal boulevard. Each apartment complex is 14 storeys high above ground and three storeys underground. The underground place is used for parking and as storerooms. Each apartment complex has its own lift lobby, service lift area, parking area, and rooftop open area, for gatherings, hosting parties, and celebrations.
● In the 14 storeys above ground, you can decide what type of apartments (studio, 1 BHK, 2 BHK, 3 BHK, or 4 BHK) and how many apartments are built in each floor. All apartment complexes and apartments are ready and available for renting/leasing.
● Each apartment is world-class premium luxury apartment with all modern amenities. Built with the best materials and using the latest state-of-the-art technologies. Each apartment is a state-of-the-art digital smart house. With extreme military grade, hack-proof, and malware-proof security. Depending on the technology cycle, each apartment is upgraded between every one to three years.
● Each apartment comes with 24/7 water, electricity, gas, high-speed wired and Wi-Fi internet services. Wireless remote (tablet pc) and voice-controlled electronics, from light, fans, ac’s, tv’s, home theatres, to robotic cleaners, everything can be controlled by remote or voice. High quality speakers in each room, which can connect to any device to play audio. Each room can be connected to any local and online radio channel or music streaming services and played in any room.
● Facilities in the community include three five storey, 50,000 sq. meters each, clubhouses with temperature-controlled indoor pool, a bowling alley, multi-level outdoor pools, spas, jacuzzies, a high-tech gym, fine-dining, and designated outdoor and indoor party areas. Concierge services including housekeeping, household management, catering, security, saloon services, lifestyle management, transportation, limousine services, travel, and vacation planning, etc.,
● Multiple small butterfly gardens around each apartment complex, apart from the central green zone. With teak, mango, sandalwood, silver oak, and many fruit and flower bearing trees.
